“Our sub contractors have been with us for years, I know them personally and I know their families.

“Our plumber has been with me since day one, same with my carpenter, our tiler was day two, our bricklayer day three.

“These guys have been with me for a long time – 8 to 10 years. My wife and I know their families and we all know each other.

“Because I am a tradesman myself, I think the way they do. I am a cabinet maker by trade, so I understand the need to have time to do your best work and to receive direction by a fellow professional, not some salesman.

“We get great results because I look after them. Everyone is paid properly for their skills and we work together.

“I also trust their skills and their ability to make every job as good as it can be – even if it means doing extra.
