“I just ask the client to come to the site and review the issue and then we work out ways to achieve the best result, even if it means I have to accept some extra work at no extra charge.
“All of us, including our very reliable sub-contractors, want to build houses we can be proud of. And we want customers who will stand by us into the future.
“We do not start work until all the concepts and ideas have been quoted and fully considered by the owner and the builder."
